Carolyn Sucato joined Routematch in March 2020 as the Chief Client Officer. In this role, she leads all customer-facing operations post-sale, including Implementation and Support, and is committed to ensuring that Routematch clients are delighted by the service they have purchased and with Routematch as a partner. Her entire career has been focused on Customer Operations and Customer Experience, split between providing consulting services and holding leadership roles in industry.
Prior corporate experience includes serving as VP, Customer Experience and VP, Business Operations at EarthLink; EVP Service Delivery and Customer Care at Cypress Communications; and VP, Customer Operations at First Data. She is originally from New York, where she received her BS and MS from SUNY Stony Brook in Business and Economics. Ms. Sucato also holds an MBA from Emory University.
