TOM COOGANVICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tom Coogan directs business development activities for the western region of the U.S. as well as initiatives for large, urban transportation systems nationwide. His role consists of executive management of strategic projects including resource allocation and prioritization of tasks and deliverables, subcontract management of third-party partners, project schedule adherence, and communication of status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. Tom has 25 years of experience planning, designing, and deploying managed transportation systems, including dispatch and call centers, with an emphasis on medical and Medicaid transportation business processes. He is currently providing executive oversight on two federally-funded Mobility Services for All Americans (MSAA) call centers. Tom holds a B.S. degree in Nursing, and serves on the Local Coordination Council and the Health & Human Service Advisory Board in Broomfield, CO.

Tim QuinnEXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Tim Quinn is a co-founder of RouteMatch Software and serves as Executive Vice President. Tim’s expertise includes transportation planning, Geographic Information Systems, logistics, and operations research for the public transportation industry. Tim has experience working with both government agencies at the state and local levels solving complex transportation planning, logistics, and systems integration problems. Prior to founding RouteMatch, Tim developed multiple software applications and products while working as a transportation professional for various planning agencies and transportation consulting firms. He frequently speaks at state and national APTA and CTAA conferences on transit technology topics. Tim holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tim is active in the American Planning Association, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Council of Logistics Management.

RICHARD GREENAWAYVICE PRESIDENT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Richard Greenaway is Vice President of RouteMatch Software’s Professional Services operation, which encompasses implementation and training. He draws on his 15 years of experience working in the software industry, as well as with government entities, to construct and execute complex project plans. Richard has a record of capturing, managing, and delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget. Prior to joining RouteMatch Software, his previous roles involved requirements gathering for enterprise systems, budget planning, software selection, system implementation, and project management. He holds a B.Sc. in American Management from the University of Wales, Swansea in the UK.

DAISY WALLVICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING
Daisy Wall oversees RouteMatch’s marketing department and has more than a dozen years of combined marketing, public relations, and journalism experience. At RouteMatch, Daisy and her team support Sales, Client Services and Professional Services and works with customers on case studies, media relations, events, and other marketing campaigns. Daisy has provided communications guidance to multi-national organizations, including Accenture and Microsoft, as well as counseled privately-held emerging companies. She was previously at Tier One Partners, a Boston-based public relations firm. There, she spearheaded public relations efforts for companies within the healthcare, human resources, and technology sectors. Daisy has also served as a director of marketing for iEnterprises, a customer relationship management software company, where she managed branding for the company’s wireless applications. Daisy holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, England, in Social and Political Sciences.

JOE HEWESVICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT SERVICES
Joe Hewes heads RouteMatch Software’s Client Services division and is responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers, with an eye on creating “champions” of our organization. Before leading Client Services, Joe worked as a vice president in various areas of RouteMatch, including operations, contract management, government affairs, strategic partnerships and project management, all of which lend him a wealth of knowledge about our customers’ needs. Prior to joining RouteMatch, Joe served as Director of Sales for Trailworks.com, an Internet-based company that focused on the adventure travel industry. In addition, he spent four years in private practice with the Atlanta law firm, Smith, Howard & Ajax. Joe holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from the University of Missouri.

DAVID WHITEEXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
As Executive Vice President, David White sets the technical direction at RouteMatch Software. He has more than 25 years of experience in full life-cycle software development. Prior to joining the company, Dave ran his successful Atlanta-based consultancy, Clean White Software, Inc., which was dedicated to providing client companies with software design and architectural oversight. Prior to that, he was co-founder of Softblox Inc., a high-end software boutique that specialized in systems management software and off-the-shelf Windows-internals trickery. Dave holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

BAHMAN IRVANICHAIRMAN & CEO
As a founder of RouteMatch Software, Bahman Irvani is committed to bringing cutting-edge technology to the public sector. Bahman is active in the day-to-day operations of the company, providing both general guidance and hands-on support. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and was educated at the University of Cambridge where he studied Economics as an undergraduate before joining the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in London. Bahman currently sits on the Board of the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and is a benefactor to numerous non-profits, including Families First and Georgia CASA.
