C# DEVELOPERS (2 positions open)- Professional experience coding C#; minimum 1 year. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is required as is the ability to write basic SQL statement without reference materials. The candidate should be capable of working independently under the direction of Senior Developers. The Developer should be an independent thinker and also have a willingness to learn and use coding techniques “that your friends don’t.” Although this _is_ a C# position, there will also be debugging and minor fixes implemented to existing code. Knowledge of COM interop a plus; a willingness to work in an environment where “we don’t just rewrite it all whenever Microsoft changes their direction” is a must.

CRYSTAL REPORT WRITERS - Crystal experience, preferably version XI or higher. The candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher and the ability to write/maintain stored-procs which produce report data. Light VB/C# programming experience is a plus, but not required.
IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT (3 positions open in Atlanta, GA) - Individual is responsible for the implementation of RouteMatch software products and services via project management techniques and by following a defined implementation methodology which includes project initiation, design, build, educate, deployment and system acceptance. Candidate must have technical aptitude and understanding of hardware and software systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Minimum of 2 years of experience with business information systems integration in a software company, technology consulting or corporate MIS environment. Working knowledge of MS SQL Server or similar RDMMS desired. Bachelors Degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. Transportation, logistics industry and experience highly desired. Travel 75% of time.
EDUCATION CONSULTANT (2 positions open) - Individual will support the PSO team in providing onsite training for active implementations, premium onsite training to clients once C.O. has been executed and remote one-to-one training when necessary. Assist Documentation/ESO in creation of training materials including webinars and CBT videos using Capitvate. Education Consultant will also assist in providing internal training sessions. Travel approximately 50% of time. BA required with technology background in work or school. Individual should be high energy, customer focused and eager to learn about transit/RM.
TIER 1 CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER -Individual will provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email. Advise customers regarding the product’s proper use and address specific user issues. During escalations, act as a liaison between the customer and Tier 2 Customer Support. Candidate will also assist the customer base for Upgrade and Update Installations.Position requires strong technical and analytical skills, solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems, understanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, service level agreements and escalation process. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces, strong written and communication skills. Experience using Outlook, Excel, MSWord and troubleshooting/correcting MS SQL based application a plus. College degree and at least 1 year of experience required.
Manager of Educational Services (Atlanta Office) – The Manager of Educational Service is responsible for coordinating and conducting advanced in-house and on-site training classes for internal and external customers regarding operation and features of RouteMatch Software’s suite of products. Individual will build training materials and documentation for customers, provide leadership and management of Educational Consultant team, tests and maintain training software all under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment. As a member of the Professional Services leadership team will make daily decisions on resource assignments and client prioritization so that client projects remain on schedule and to budget. Requirements: BS/BA or higher in a technical field, 3-5 years of experience in Software Systems, technical training, product, consulting, education, client management and relationship, system administration, product development, project implementation and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 45%
Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Director (Atlanta Office) - Minimum of ten years of experience in marketing and/or communications. Strong project management skills- ability to manage and execute multiple marketing campaigns for corporate branding and lead generation; results oriented; business to business technology experience preferred; strategic thinker; strong writer; thrives in fast-paced environment; end- to- end event planning experience; proficient in marketing tools (e.g. WordPress, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Creative Suite); Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree a plus.
Sales Consultant (2 position open in Atlanta, Ga.) – Individual will report to the Director of Sales and work cooperatively with the regional sales team to generate, manage and qualify the sales pipeline, conduct on-line software demonstrations, work closely with marketing on regional campaigns, generate professional scope of works, budget documents, and assist with proposal development process. Additional responsibilities through growth could include attending regional tradeshows and support on-site prospect presentations. This position will have the opportunity to grow into an outside sales position within 2-3 years. Qualifications: college degree, 3+ years experience in technology sales or management consulting. Candidate must have strong listening, communication and relationship building skills, excellent organizational ability and comfort working in a fast paced environment. Experience selling to government entities and knowledge of the public sector sales cycle and process as well as familiarity with fleet management technology are highly desirable in this position.
Regional Sales Executive: (1 position in Atlanta, Ga.) – RouteMatch Software is a leading software provider of a transportation and fleet management software. We are rapidly expanding our regional sales teams and are seeking an experienced, energetic, personable sales professional to join our company. Qualified individuals will have 5+ years of experience selling Enterprise Software as well as Fleet Management or Workforce Management Software sales. In addition, they will need to be capable of managing the full sales cycle from cold call through contract signing including delivering complex sales presentations and demonstrations. Bachelor’s Degree required. We are looking for Sales Executives who deliver value propositions not low cost solutions.
