RouteMatch TS™ is a Transportation Management System (TMS) that fully automates the customer, vehicle, trip request, scheduling, routing, dispatch management, billing and reporting requirements for public and private paratransit and demand responsive transportation management. Through utilization of the RouteMatch Scheduling Engine (RSE), organizations can achieve results of 10% to 20% increase in schedule and route efficiency.
RouteMatch TS is comprised of multiple software modules for the management of a paratransit system lifecycle. This lifecycle consists of registering and certifying a new customer, managing your drivers and vehicle information, managing reservations and standing orders, creating schedules and routes, dispatching routes and vehicles, verifying trip data, and billing and reporting on this system.
