RouteMatch Software is led by an experienced and dedicated team of talented transit and technology professionals. Over the course of the company’s history, RouteMatch’s Management team has executed a consistent core strategy that has resulted in strong growth, robust employee performance, and satisfied customers across the transit industry.

The members of the RouteMatch Management team bring a mix of  business acumen, advanced technical skills and transit industry expertise to day-to-day operations and long-range planning, helping make RouteMatch one of the fastest growing technology providers in the transit industry today.

Meet our Team:



Bahman Irvani
As a founder of RouteMatch Software, Bahman Irvani is committed to bringing cutting-edge technology to the public sector. Bahman is active in the day-to-day operations of the company, providing both general guidance and hands-on support. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and was educated at the University of Cambridge where he studied Economics as an undergraduate before joining the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in London. Bahman currently sits on the Board of the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and is a benefactor to numerous non-profits, including Families First and Georgia CASA.



JoeHewesJoe Hewes heads RouteMatch Software’s Client Services division and is responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers, with an eye on creating “champions” of our organization. Before leading Client Services, Joe worked as a vice president in various areas of RouteMatch, including operations, contract management, government affairs, strategic partnerships and project management, all of which lend him a wealth of knowledge about our customers’ needs. Under Joe’s leadership, the company has launched enhanced customer training channels such as the MyRouteMatch customer web portal, advanced consulting services and other value added services. Prior to joining RouteMatch, Joe served as Director of Sales for Trailworks.com, an Internet-based company that focused on the adventure travel industry. In addition, he spent four years in private practice with the Atlanta law firm, Smith, Howard & Ajax. Joe holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from the University of Missouri.



TomCooganTom Coogan directs business development activities for the western region of the U.S. as well as initiatives for large, urban transportation systems nationwide. His role consists of executive management of strategic projects including resource allocation and prioritization of tasks and deliverables, subcontract management of third-party partners, project schedule adherence, and communication of status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. Tom has 25 years of experience planning, designing, and deploying managed transportation systems, including dispatch and call centers, with an emphasis on medical and Medicaid transportation business processes. He is currently providing executive oversight on two federally-funded Mobility Services for All Americans (MSAA) call centers. Tom holds a B.S. degree in Nursing, and serves on the Local Coordination Council and the Health & Human Service Advisory Board in Broomfield, CO. He is also on the Board of the Colorado Association of Transit Agencies (CASTA).



Chris_CampbellChris Campbell is Vice President at RouteMatch and most recently served as National Sales Director at RouteMatch. Chris has more than 13 years of experience working closely with large, small urban, and rural  transit agencies in tackling multiple operational challenges.  During this time, Chris has strategically managed complete CAD/AVL, mobile data, traveler information and demand response technology deployments. He is adept at applying innovative approaches to help clients uncover opportunities for cost savings and has been key in helping incorporate direct client feedback into RouteMatch’s solutions. His focus on client service as well as his partnership approach have fueled RouteMatch’s high customer retention rate.  As a transit advocate, Chris frequently speaks at industry conferences, including American Public Transportation Association (APTA) events and state association events. Chris is a graduate of Clemson University.



Pepper Harward is RouteMatch’s Vice President of Transit Solutions. Brought onboard in 2014, Pepper assists in the development and refinement of sales strategies and product development for RouteMatch. His role includes ownership of business processes and strategy for the Sales, Marketing and Business Development team. Originally from Arizona, Pepper brings over 15 years of combined experience in enterprise software solutions, sales, strategic business planning, product development, and Saas/Cloud offerings within the technology and transportation industries.  Pepper’s expertise includes account management and client retention as well as developing winning go-to-market strategies for high growth markets. Pepper holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah, as well as a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.



RichieGreenawayRichard Greenaway is Vice President of RouteMatch Software’s Professional Services operation, which encompasses implementation and training. He draws on his 15 years of experience working in the software industry, as well as with government entities, to construct and execute complex project plans. Richard has a record of capturing, managing, and delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget. Prior to joining RouteMatch Software, his previous roles involved requirements gathering for enterprise systems, budget planning, software selection, system implementation, and project management. He holds a B.Sc. in American Management from the University of Wales, Swansea in the United Kingdom.



DaisyWallDaisy Wall oversees RouteMatch’s marketing department and has more than fifteen years of combined marketing, public relations, and journalism experience. At RouteMatch, Daisy and her team support Sales, Client Services and Professional Services and works with customers on case studies, media relations, events, industry education, and other marketing initiatives. Daisy has provided communications guidance to multi-national organizations, including Accenture and Microsoft, as well as counseled privately-held emerging companies. She was previously at Tier One Partners, a Boston-based public relations firm. There, she spearheaded public relations efforts for companies within the healthcare, human resources, and technology sectors. Daisy holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Communications and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, England, in Social and Political Sciences. She is also a Board member of the Georgia Transit Association.



NathanFarmer1Nathan Farmer directs all aspects of RouteMatch Software’s Operations, including accounting, finance, human resources, and office management.  Nathan has 17 years experience in accounting and finance administration in both the construction and technology markets. He has been instrumental in helping grow the company from a small, four person company to a rapidly growing international company.  He holds a B.A. in History from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.




Larry heads the RouteMatch’s RMPay division of the company and is responsible for the strategic direction, development and delivery of a new platform focused on fare management and payment and rider engagement technologies to the transit industry. As an experienced Management Executive and serial Entrepreneur, Larry has had a diverse career in retail, transportation and logistics, and financial/payments technology sectors. Having worked for multi-national as well as startup organizations, he is adept at effectively creating teams and product strategies that are best positioned to meet the changing needs of evolving markets such as payments and rider engagement. Larry splits his time between North America and Ireland.
